बाह्याअभ्यन्तर विषयाक्षेपी चतुर्थः ॥५१॥

BĀHYA-ĀBHYANTARA VIṢAYA-AKṢEPĪ CATURTHAḤ

There is a fourth kind of pranayama that occurs during concentration on an internal or external object. When we throw ourselves fully upon an object, whether internal or external, the breath may pause.

Here you can listen to hear how this is pronounced in Sanskrit.

Exhale and then nothing
Exhale and be still
Exhale and wait
Exhale and trust
Exhale and open your eyes inside
Exhale and listen inside
Exhale and stop
Exhale
Fully
No plans for the Inhale
It will arise when you are ready
Let it be whatever it is
Be here now
Focus
Fear will subside
Clarity arises
Don’t worry about the Inhale
Exhale
Fully
